8:15 am Doors open to Student center
arrive/ pack trailers / meet for information/ pray
9:00am DEPART as soon as everyone has their paperwork done
No one can go on this trip without a notarized application
· I am working on having a notary on site that morning for those who have not had the opportunity.
11:00am Meal stop in VICTORIA ( Road meal)
2:00pm ( approx arrival in Corpus Christi) Annapolis Christian Academy

5. Who is coming: about 300 people from New Mexico, Missouri, Arizona, Texas
( Bastrop, Dallas, Gainesville, Brenham, Austin, San Angelo, and many more)
6. Daily Schedule ( sample --- will be close to this)
6:00am Breakfast
7:00am depart for work sites
High school: ( probably roofing)
Junior high ( probably painting)
12:00pm Lunch provided by local churches
4:00pm Return to Lodging
4:00-6:00pm Break
6:00pm Meal provided by world changers
7:00pm Worship
8:30pm Church Group devotions
10:30pm In rooms/ lights out
Keys to a great experience:
Connect with the Lord ( John 15)
Flexibility --- Proverbs 14:4 ( messy / confusion / not knowing)
Students learn by example more often than by instruction

8. Church bulletin: ( items needed )

b. knee pads ( cheap ones/ black Velcro)
c. work glovese
d. utility knives
e. paint kits: ( roller/ pan/ frame/ brushes)
9. Work site information:
a. Students: no cell phones at work sites
b. Work clothing needed : shirts that cover/ jeans / real shoes
c. Tools needed:
i. High school: utility knife/hammer/ knee pads/ gloves
ii. Junior high: roller/pan/frame/brush/ gloves/ hammer
d. Note: High school ( most likely roofing)
* knee pads / FLAT BLADE SHOVEL – remove shingles
d. No kids riding in vehicles that are pulling a trailer
e. If there is a 15 passenger ( only 11 in at one time)
f. Crew size 10-12 people
g. NEEDED: Crew Encouragers ( job description)
h. Bathrooms at work site: use porta potties ( don’t go into houses)
i. Don’t go into houses --- use outside toilets provided by city
j. GLOVES WILL BE IMPORTANT
k. Tools should be cheap

b. Girls: upstairs in one building / guys : separate building downstairs
c. Wear clothes walking to shower trailers
d. Shower trailers provided by world changers will usually not be open in the morning ( prepare for showers in the evening)

Pick up food from school before we leave
Return between 9 and 10pm
